Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 10 days of purchase, but must be accompanied with a return authorization number.  Please contact us for the number.  Returns are not allowed on custom made signs of any kind.  Returns apply to items that are unopened, unused, or have been ordered in error.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  All items must be returned in the condition they were sent, unless damaged during shipment.  (Please refer to our warranty policy regarding damaged items)  Items subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Items returned to Street Sign USA on the basis that UPS can not deliver, i.e. an incorrect or non-existing address, or if there is no one to sign for the shipment, will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Please contact Street Sign USA for any additional questions regarding our return policy.

Warranty Policy

Street Sign USA has no expressed warranties on it's products nor does it carry over any such warranties by the manufacturers it distributes for and/or represents.

 

As a courtesy, an even exchange may be performed within the 10 day return period on any items that may be construed as defective, or damaged during shipment, as determined by Street Sign USA.  Items will be exchanged at no additional cost to the buyer.  Street Sign USA reserves the right to deny a request for return due to defective or damaged products if insufficient information is given to the condition of the original item(s).  Please contact Street Sign USA for any additional questions regarding our warranty policy.
