Shipping

Street Sign USA uses UPS as our primary shipping company.  We also utilize USPS, common carrier and courier service depending on the size and weight of the item(s) purchased as well as location.  Your order will be shipped to the address that you entered under your account information.  We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address.

 

Orders shipped to New Jersey will be charged 6.625% sales tax.  Sales tax is not charged when shipping to other states.  For businesses that reside in New Jersey, exemptions can apply if you provide us with a tax exempt resale certificate or if you are a government or non-profit entity.

 

Note:  Street Sign USA only ships to U.S. addresses, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.  We do not ship via USPS, common carrier or courier outside of the lower 48 states.

 

Items returned to Street Sign USA on the basis that UPS can not deliver, i.e. an incorrect or non-existing address, or if there is no one to sign for the shipment, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Discounts

Discounts are provided with each and every order.  All products are setup with an approximate shipping weight.  The weight of each item is outlined in the specification section of our product listings.  As you purchase a variety of items, the UPS weight calculator automatically adds and combines the weights.  This way, when you checkout, you receive the best possible discount on shipping.  We do not overcharge on shipping and make all attempts to pass the savings on to you!

Shipment Tracking

Tracking numbers are typically available within 24 hours after your order ships.  A separate email is generated notifying you that your package(s) shipped along with the tracking number(s).

Delivery

Street Sign USA normally ships your item(s) within the specified processing time that's described in each listing, or less, after receipt and payment of your order.  This does not include weekends or holidays.  The processing time is in addition to the typical ship time it takes to deliver to you no matter what shipping method is selected.

 

Orders that are delayed, lost or misplaced during transit is not the responsibility of Street Sign USA.  We make every effort to track/trace your item(s) to ensure it's arrival including replacing the item(s) at no charge to you if your order is lost and untraceable.  A wait time of up to 21 days will be enforced to allow the opportunity for your order to arrive to it's destination.  Absolutely no refunds will be given on orders that have already been shipped. 

Backorders

Occasionally, some items are back ordered from their respective manufacturer and the processing time that we normally keep may not be met.  Street Sign USA will make every effort to contact you in the event that an item has been back ordered and offer you any and all available options.  Please contact us prior to purchase to check on any critical lead times as a 3% fee for refund processing fee will apply should there be an attempt by you to cancel an order after placing it.
